Minority students and students living in low-income environments often face a number of obstacles that hinder their overall accessibility to obtaining postsecondary education.

 

Encourage U is an educational non-profit that seeks to address this issue in the Metro-Atlanta area. Through encouragement and the dissemination of invaluable information, Encourage U provides students with the appropriate tools and knowledge to assist them in their postsecondary decision-making process. Encourage U also focuses on providing students individualized guidance on the best educational route for them, whether that be trade or vocational school, community college, or university.
